  I loved the area the prawn crackers were amazing unfortunately the music may have been a bit annoying the rest of it very good with a statue the best prawn crackers in Wales

  An amazingly welcoming, friendly place to stay . Sandra makes you feel like a star and gave great advice about places to visit and transport options.  The room was clean and comfortable.  The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the train station and on the high Street.  We ate at the restaurant because Sandra was so wonderful and because we were curious . The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the flower tea is magical.  Sandra's dessert recommendation was also spot on. Can't recommend enough, thanks Sandra!

  A group of 11 booked a table for an evening meal, we booked in advance and provided our food options, so cooking time was perfect. The starters and main course was very good, we didn't have dessert. The service from Sandra and her colleagues was excellent, we will definitely be back.

  From entering the door to exiting on our 4th day we were made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Catered for in every way, rooms were fabulous, clean and tidy. Customer service was 10 out of 10, will 100% stay again.

  Had a meal here with my fiancé last night and the food and service was excellent. They even had a vegetarian and vegan section on the menu and there was so much choice we took ages to work out what to order! The spring rolls, Szechwan tofu and crispy tofu chow mein were top notch, and the ginger and chocolate cake (made vegan with vegan ice cream) were all really tasty. Service was great too with friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back. Diolch yn fawr!
