GIFT VOUCHER & DISCOUNT OFFERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Discount vouchers & offers can only be used
· for the date range specified on the voucher
· on their own. Multiple vouchers will not be accepted
· when the voucher is presented to a team member before/at the time of ordering
· when a main meal is purchased at the same time from the restaurant menu
· if it bears the signature of the Manager
Discount vouchers & offers cannot be used
· with other offers or discounts or in multiple
· in conjunction with other vouchers
· on special days such as Valentine's and Mother's Day
· for drinks unless otherwise stated on the voucher
Additional
· Discount vouchers & offers are accepted at the discretion of the manager
· The free item must be chosen from the selection available
· The vouchers and offers are subject to availability
· Garden Restaurant discount voucher Ts & Cs can be changed, added to or deleted without prior notice
· Only one discount voucher or offer to be used per table/bill
· Discount vouchers and offers are only available when you eat in and are not valid on takeaway
· The management reserves the right to decline or withdraw any offer at any time

Gift Vouchers
· All gift vouchers must be collected in person or via recorded delivery costing £2.50 (delivery UK only) unless otherwise stated
· A confirmed reservation must be made with The Garden Restaurant in order to redeem the voucher. The type of voucher and value must be stated at this point
· You must present your gift voucher before/at the time of ordering
· All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
· All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased
· Vouchers must be used in full and may not be redeemed for cash
· Vouchers may not be copied or reproduced in any way. Attempts to do so will result in prosecution
· They must have the Ink Signature of the Manager on the back and be verified by the Manager at the time you present it
· You can purchase Gift Vouchers for any occasion and any amount
· We can personalise the Gift Vouchers for you to have your name with a short message and the name of the person whom it is intended for.
